This 35-minute class is designed to get your blood pumping, your heart racing, and your energy radiating! Running the treadmill not giving you the energy boost you need? This class is a full cardio and cool-down class with some of your favorite dance moves!
This class will be set to upbeat music, the class features a variety of dance styles and choreographed routines that will have you grooving and sweating in no time. From high-energy hip-hop to sizzling salsa, each routine is carefully crafted to engage multiple muscle groups and increase your cardiovascular endurance.
You’ll experience a full-body workout while having an absolute blast on the dance floor. No dance experience is necessary, as the class is designed for all fitness levels and emphasizes fun and enjoyment over perfection.
