In Musical Theatre II, students will focus on developing their acting, dancing, and singing skills to create a seamless performance. The class will begin with a thorough warm-up with exercises designed to improve acting and dance abilities.

Students will learn various musical theatre techniques, including projection, character development, stage presence, and choreography. The class will emphasize storytelling and character development, helping students to create compelling performances that capture the essence of the music and the story.

In our intermediate-level musical theatre dance class, your child will embark on an exciting journey where they will develop their skills in dance while immersing themselves in the magical world of musical theatre. Led by our experienced instructors, this class will build upon their foundational knowledge and take them to new heights of performance. Your child will learn a variety of dance styles commonly found in musical theatre, including jazz, tap, and contemporary.

Your child will focus on refining their technique, learning intricate choreography, and enhancing their stage presence and storytelling abilities. Through fun and engaging routines, they will explore different musical genres and characters, bringing scenes to life through expressive movements and emotive storytelling.

 

When is the Musical Theatre II Class?

When enrolling your child in the Musical Theatre II Class your child will dance with us on Tuesdays from 8:00-9:00 pm.  This class is held once per week.
