Our intermediate ballet classes are designed for students who have already developed a solid foundation of ballet technique and are ready to build upon that foundation with more complex movements and combinations. Our experienced instructors are trained to teach ballet in a way that is both rigorous and accessible, allowing each student to progress at their own pace while also challenging themselves to reach new heights.
Ballet III

Our Intermediate-Advanced-Level Dance Class is designed for intermediate to advanced dancers ready to refine their technique, strength, and artistry. This class focuses on more complex combinations, increased barre and center work, and the development of performance quality. Dancers will continue building a strong foundation while being challenged to grow in precision, control, and expression.
Pre-Pointe

Pre-pointe dance class is designed to prepare students for the physical demands of pointe work. In this class, students will focus on building strength and control in their legs, feet, and ankles through a variety of exercises and drills at the barre.
An evaluation from one of our qualified instructors is required prior to registering for Pre-Pointe.
Jazz III

Jazz III is an intermediate-advanced level jazz class designed for students who have already developed a solid foundation in jazz dance and are ready to take their skills to the next level. In this class, dancers will be challenged with complex choreography, intricate footwork, and dynamic movements.

Stretch & Flexibility

This class is for the child that has a good foundation of technique and looking to challenge themselves with more complex tricks. Throughout this class, the emphasis will be placed on proper alignment, strength, and flexibility. If your child is ready for a rewarding challenge this class is right for them.
Turns & Leaps Advanced

This class is designed for dancers with a strong technical foundation who are ready to push their skills to the next level. Students should already be proficient in double pirouettes, a la seconde turns, calypsos, and discs.
The focus will be on refining technique, mastering advanced combinations, and building the strength, control, and flexibility needed for more intricate movement. Dancers will be challenged with complex progressions and performance-quality choreography.
If your dancer is ready for a focused, rewarding, and high-level training experience—this is the class for them.
Contemporary I

Contemporary I will focus on developing core strength, flexibility, and body awareness through various warm-up exercises and across-the-floor movements. Students will learn basic contemporary dance techniques, such as contractions, spirals, and floor work, and will begin to explore different qualities of movement, such as fluidity, sharpness, and weight.
Contemporary II

In Contemporary II, our Intermediate Contemporary Dance Class, your child will build on the foundational techniques learned in beginner classes and be challenged with more complex movements and combinations. Your child will focus on combining ballet, lyrical, and modern dance with a focus on fluidity, expression, and musicality. They’ll also learn to execute various leaps, turns, and floor work while exploring contractions and release of the spine and body.
Lyrical III/IV

Lyrical III/IV is an advanced-level class designed for experienced dancers with 7 or more years of training and a strong understanding of lyrical technique and performance. This class challenges dancers with complex combinations, advanced leaps and turns, floorwork, and partner work, all while deepening their emotional connection to movement. Dancers will be expected to execute choreography with precision, strength, and artistry, pushing their performance and technical abilities to a professional level.
Lyrical III/IV is ideal for dedicated dancers who are ready to grow as expressive, dynamic performers in a fast-paced and inspiring environment.
Tumbling II

Tumbling II is an intermediate-level tumbling class focused on building the fundamentals learned in Tumbling I. This class will focus on developing strength, flexibility, and body control through a variety of exercises and drills. Your child will learn skills such as headstands, chest stands, front walkovers, and front head springs.
This class will also teach your child how to link their skills together for longer tumbling sequences as well as how to perform them safely and effectively.
Advanced Acrobatic Dance

Our advanced acrobatic class is an exhilarating and challenging experience for seasoned dancers who possess a high level of technical skill, strength, and artistry. This class is designed to push the boundaries of what is possible in the realm of acrobatic movement, combining advanced acrobatics with intricate choreography to create breathtaking performances.
In this class, your child will engage in intense training, refining their acrobatic skills while exploring innovative and complex dance movements. They will focus on mastering advanced acrobatic maneuvers, such as walkover variations, front and side aerials, back handspring combinations, and back tucks.
Hip-Hop III

Our advanced hip-hop dance class is designed for teenagers looking to take their hip-hop skills to the next level! Your child will dive deeper into the intricacies of hip-hop movement, musicality, and performance. Led by our expert instructors, this class is designed to challenge and inspire your child as they continue to grow as hip-hop dancers.
Your child will refine their technique, learn complex and dynamic choreography, and explore the art of storytelling through movement. Your child will further develop their musicality and rhythm, mastering intricate footwork, isolations, and intricate body control. The class will also focus on enhancing their performance skills, stage presence, and ability to captivate an audience.
Musical Theatre

Musical Theatre I Dance Class will begin with acting games designed in a fun way to help your child build their emotions and expressions which will be used in small acting scenes throughout the class.
Your child will then start working on memorizing lines, singing, and blocking techniques for stage performances.
Tap II/III

In Tap II/II, students will continue to build on the foundation of the tap technique they learned in beginner classes. Students will learn more complex rhythms and patterns and faster footwork and syncopation.
