Muscle Flexibility & Toning

This 30-minute class is designed to stretch out those everyday muscles that tend to feel tight and exhausted in our everyday lives. This class will focus on stretching those muscles and creating unique ways to maintain that flexibility for our day-to-day lives.
Through a series of dynamic stretches and controlled movements, participants can expect to increase their range of motion, alleviate muscle tension, and improve posture. The class also incorporates exercises using bodyweight, resistance bands, or light weights to challenge and tone muscles.

Days of the Week/Times:
Mondays: 9:45 am – 10:15 am
Tuesdays: 5:00 – 5:30 pm
Wednesdays: 6:30 am – 7:00 am
Classes Open: July 1st (Book Now)
