This 45-minute class is designed to keep you in shape, have a fun time, and be 100% yourself. In this class, you’ll forget you’re even working out! The class will include a beginning stretch and fun across the floor to get your body moving and will end with a fun combo with some of your favorite songs! What’s the best part? No prior dance experience is needed.
With an infectious blend of dance styles such as hip-hop, jazz, and Latin, the class features choreographed routines that are easy to follow yet highly energetic. As you groove to the rhythm of the music, you’ll engage in various dance-inspired movements and aerobic exercises that target major muscle groups, improve coordination, and enhance cardiovascular endurance.
