This 40-minute class is designed to tone each part of your body. If you’re looking for a workout that is not cardio-motivated but continuously keeps your body toned and in shape, this is the perfect class for you.
Through a combination of resistance training, hand-held weights, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll engage in a series of movements that challenge and tone your muscles. The class aims to improve overall muscle definition, increase strength, and enhance muscular endurance. You can expect a variety of exercises that target different areas of the body, such as squats and lunges for the lower body, push-ups and bicep curls for the upper body, and core exercises for abdominal strength.
