This 2.5-hour structured training session focuses on safe progression of side and front aerials based on each dancer’s current skill level. Instruction will include strength preparation, technical breakdowns, controlled drills, and individualized corrections to support proper alignment and execution.

Dancers will also work on aerial variations, including running entries, chainé entries, and additional progression techniques to build consistency, control, and confidence.

Enrollment is limited to ensure focused instruction and safe skill development.
