This 45-minute class is designed to bring the techniques of ballet, strength training, and cardio all into one class. No dance experience is needed. But you will leave knowing a few more dance terms than you think!
Ballet barre exercises target the entire body, focusing on core strength, leg muscles, and upper body engagement. Regular participation in ballet barre classes can lead to improved muscle tone, increased strength, and enhanced overall body sculpting.
Taught by a certified ballet instructor you know you will be getting an authentic ballet barre!
